Series E2C 10

Series E2C 10 - Chain, non-openable

1. Universal: mounting bracket with strain relief option, Quick flange optional
2. Strong: Large, assembly-friendly pins
3. Cable-friendly: Very smooth contours, - ideal cable care
4. Low noise: Built-in brake reduces noise
5. Robust: Angular stop-dog system for high fill weights
6. Options: non-openable or snap-open along the inner and outer radius along both sides

Series E2C 10 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 0.75 m

When to use Series E2C.10

When a small e-chain® with 10 mm inner height and small pitch is required
For inner widths up to 50 mm
For unsupported lengths up to 0,75 m and fill weights up to 0,7 kg/m
When a large range of modular components is required
When long unsupported lengths and high fill weights are required in the case of a small e-chain®
Silent operation due to small pitch

When not to use Series E2C.10

When an enclosed e-tube is required
Series R07 Zipper e-tube
When torsional strength is very important
Series 06 E2 micro

Option 1 - Separators
Separators can be placed anywhere in the chain's cross-section to divide the interior of the e-chain® - As standard, separators are fitted every 2nd chain link!

Note: for E2C. 10 Assemble the interior separation before fitting the e-chain®!

Standard separator - E2.10.2
For easy vertical division in energy chains. Separator can be positioned at any position in the cross-section. No snap-in option, moves freely.

Locking separator for locking crossbar E2.10.5 - Locks in securely in 2.5 mm increments

For exact positioning in e-chains®. Recommended for side-mounted applications. Cable-friendly, rounded separator design.
