Every single iglidur® material has its own special properties, which determine its suitability for specific applications and requirements.
The iglidur® J4 material features extremely low moisture absorption and is especially cost-effective. The special shape of the spherical ball pre-loads suitable shafts completely when they are in an unloaded state, ensuring that it is completely clearance-free.

Tolerances
 
Maintenance-free igubal® spherical balls are designed with a tolerance of the inner diameter of E10. The shaft tolerance should be between h6 and h9. Unless stated otherwise, all tolerance values are treated according to DIN ISO 2768-m
