Update for HMI 2023

We are constantly trying to improve good things like the Quick Robot and have added a new feature to the tool for the Hannover Messe 2023.
For three robot models, each with a specific configuration, we offer the option of representing an ABB, Fanuc and Kuka robot as an augmented version.

Add cables & hoses directly in the configurator

With the online tool, you can quickly and easily configure the right system for the respective robot.
However, the size of the respective system must also be adapted to the cable & hose (filling). Ideally, the filling level of the e-chain® should not exceed the 60 % mark. 
The filling can be integrated directly in the online tool so that the correct system size is selected straight away.

Interior separation for all triflex R series

When selecting the correct triflex® R size, it is important to ensure that a clearance space is planned for all electrical, pneumatic and media lines. This is necessary to compensate for forces caused by relative movements between the e-chain® and cable and between the cables themselves. Cables must be installed with sufficient clearance/air. The following value can be used as a rough rule of thumb: The sum of the cable cross-sections should not exceed 60 % of the useful cross-section; in addition, a clearance of 10 % or at least 1 mm to the next cable or e-chain® must be maintained. The quickest and easiest solution for the right triflex® R filling is the interior separation configurator, where all triflex® R series are available
