Our lubrication-free linear systems travel in dry operation, which makes them maintenance-free and resistant to external influences. In addition, they run especially quietly thanks to the materials used and the special design involved. You can easily calculate the service life online in just a few steps.
Thanks to the personal choice of high-quality single parts, every linear system can be adapted to individual needs. Switching to a sliding system can reduce running operating costs and greatly improve technology, resulting in smooth operation and long service life.

We have carried out various tests to determine our materials' coefficients of friction and wear rates. Plain bearings and liners made from the iglidur® J and J4 materials were tested on various wooden shafts and the results compared to those for metal shafts. This study gives us results for wood, a renewable raw material.
Lubrication-free and maintenance-free drylin miniature linear guides for small installation spaces. High-quality solutions for precise movements and adjustments in the tightest of spaces in small machines and devices.
With its 100% lubrication-free and clean operation, quiet and smooth sliding movements as well as its robustness and durability in adverse environments, the drylin® W linear modular system is an optimal choice for numerous industries and applications. If a small installation space is important, installation size 06 is the right choice.

drylin® linear technology does not use a single drop of lubricating oil. In addition, our tribologically optimised materials produce less micro-abrasion than commercially available plastics. Longer service life also has a positive net effect on the environment.
The plastic liners are cost-effective, maintenance and lubrication-free and can be deployed in a wide range of applications. The various materials offer versatile specifications to withstand various environmental conditions and influences.
With the innovative WJ200UMA-01-AL pillow block from the drylin® W product range, it is possible to replace liners without any disassembly work being required. The tool supplied makes it possible to exchange the liner within seconds. This saves valuable time and reduces costs!
Our drylin® products are tested in a test laboratory under a variety of conditions to ensure that they function reliably even in tough environments. Here we show you what is tested and how, and what happens to our test data. You can even have your application tested at igus®.
